Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Pirithin embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She found a children's book about a Dragonborn Cleric who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She got into the Miller business at a young age. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Miller work with an outfit from a few towns over. Miller work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

History: Born in the north to a Courier, Adrik learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Courier. He tends to his Courier job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
