History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered poetry. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Drusilia fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She's also a talented Tanner, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he wants revenge against dire rats

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Dean's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Dean was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He tends to his Bather job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Greethen lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Greethen grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Greethen. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Laucian was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Through the years after Laucian was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Laucian's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
