Through the years after Riswynn was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Riswynn's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Portia has worked very hard to control her curse. Some 7 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Portia never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
