Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. Her small hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She became a Bounty Hunter soon after.
Motivation: She wants revenge against drow; and sabotage a competitor

Description: He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with green colored cloaks and clothing. He is physically well-built. He wears his blue hair down. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: Born in the north to a Carpenter, Astar learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Astar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Astar. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Carpenter for hire.
Motivation: He is content; and a rival would like him out of the picture

History: He was born into a rich family. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Architect. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Architect for hire.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.
History: Donella was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Barrister responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Eridred fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She is wracked by social anxiety; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and prefers to wear grey pants and tee shirts. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His hair is long and auburn with streaks of brown, and is pulled back with small grey clips. His beard is brown, braided, and well cared for. His eyes are gray.
Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. Dustin is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: To unite with his sister; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Description: He is a mite stocky and wears violet robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a whip, but if one is not available he will default to his kukri. His golden hair has been sun bleached extensively. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Randal was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
