Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time, marred by beers. He has done his best to style his white hair to look like a famous performer. He has blue eyes and a tan hat with a blue feather.
Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing singing.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Barber arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Being a Barber kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.
History: She was raised in a forest tribe. A freak accident while working with her Tanner father left her crippled. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: She is content.

Description: A stocky lighter skinned woman, she wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with small hat. Her white hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her eyes are amber and she is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: She hates Halflings with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Seamstress profession.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Eran grew up listening to her father's many stories. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Eran took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up hand crossbow and armor she uses now. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she's looking for her big break

History: Oriff lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.
