Description: This woman typically wears white cloth garments or leather armor. She is muscular with a powerful set of arms. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. Her job bores her to no end. She has decided to make it more interesting.
History: Her necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Grai grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Grai. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the south. Bolhild was born on a far southern island where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Glassblower. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Cartwright. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: Joan lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.
Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter; and wants to work out more often

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: The child of a Masseuse, who enjoyed hunting, Jebeddo was taken on many hunting expeditions. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and wants to work out more often

Description: A 5'5" western man, he wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). He keeps his silver hair in a pixie cut. This blue eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Naal is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: He got into the Guard business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Guard work with an outfit from a few towns over. Guard work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: She was raised in a forest tribe. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Orcs became a terror of the countryside. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: She wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her club with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt. Her hair is cut close to her head. Her eyes are red and beady.
Personality: Phelaia wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Cleric, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Bookbinder business.
History: She was born on a small isolated farm. When Phelaia reached her early adolescence her Tiefling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
