Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Berrian embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. Berrian enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Spy.

Personality: Vezera is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Vezera was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying sister.

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her childhood dream was to be a Navigator, but she was a colossal failure. She became a Bounty Hunter soon after.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.

History: Alain hails from a village terrorized by orcs. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He takes great joy in being the best Cook in town.

History: Born in the west to a Cook, Tethren learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Cook. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Personality: Ida hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her poetry career. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and to get a good night's sleep

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. After coming to the age of reason, Ribbles took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: To settle down with his crush; and he feels threatened by others

Description: An older woman who wears dull brown sweaters, loose grey pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed flail, just in case, she is not a threatening figure. Her top hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her hazel eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. One day when Gale was young, her father was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly her father dropped to the ground dead. Her father had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Gale was heart-stricken from the event, and her mother started working long hours to provde for them. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.
