Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. He wears his auburn hair up in a very large beehive style do. His hazel unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.
Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy brown stubble. He is wearing a long, grey, dusty cloak. He has a hunchback. Sporting a brown mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His childhood dream was to be a Fisher, but he was a colossal failure. He struck the Soapmaker job and began his own company from there.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears light armors faded through time and improper care. He wears a deerstalker hat to cover his moderate length white hair. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: Born in the north to a Actor, Morthos learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: He wears a blue armored body suit, with a simple green line shooting up and back down. He carries with him a set of swords on his belt, each one with a emerald on the hilt. His hair, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes are amber and beady.
Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Sindri is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: Sindri was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Ploughman work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ploughman work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 7 years.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. As a young child she wandered into the woods despite her mother's warnings against it. Afterwards she claimed she had encountered drow who tried to eat her hand. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: He likes to wear ponchos typically of a light white in addition to tight pants. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. Sporting a chestnut mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He has gleaming, smiling amber eyes.
Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his poetry with anyone who is interested.
History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Dûsh grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Dûsh. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Barber they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Knight, and he later adopted a second son.
Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.
History: Adelard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now owns his own business.
