Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.
History: Harbek was born with his mother's beautiful face. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.
History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister.

Description: Her left side is far more bruised and cut up than her other. She wears dull grey sweaters, loose brown pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed warhammer, just in case. Her hair is brown and curly. Her ears are large.
Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Oriel liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She bought a warhammer and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down. Her chestnut hair is still thick. She wears a mask on her face.
Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Seere took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up mace and armor she uses now. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

History: Guy hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Body Guard. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.
History: Armara was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Body Guard. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the south were limited. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: Ozyman was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
