History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Fistula was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Srorthen was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
