Description: A pudgy man standing about 4'7" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with Stetson hat. His hair is short and silver. His ears are large.
Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. She has all her life been fascinated with poetry.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. A gifted student she started as a Knight, but she got bored and became a Guard. She struck the Guard job and began her own company from there.

Description: He wears dull brown sweaters, loose grey pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed axe, just in case. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. With bright black hair and a scraggly beard. His gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Theodoric took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up axe and armor he uses now. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He is content; and a deep hatred of giants

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He has dyed his greying rusty crest a little too much giving a sharp rusty color. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.
History: Rathkran was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

She has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized emerald on her right hand. She has shaved her head bald. Her face is scarred and worn.
Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. Nurkara is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.
History: She was raised in a forest tribe. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and an old rival family wants her found

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She bought a bow and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.
History: Gifted from a young age, Cairn studied abroad. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the north were limited. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Oblar has worked very hard to control his curse. He bought a shortspear and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
