History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Kristryd was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. History: He got into the Painter business at a young age. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Painter for hire.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Gardener work with an outfit from a few towns over. Gardener work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Gardener for hire.

History: He was born in the east. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Moon grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Moon. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
