Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. While he appears to be a normal Dragonborn, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her golden hair is unkempt and raggedy. Her gray eyes peer out from beneath her deerstalker grey hat.
Personality: Giselle is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.
History: Giselle was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Giselle fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she loathes her own lifestyle

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Millicent liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Gnomish artifacts is her passion; and she desires power and/or immortality

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature dagger.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She takes great joy in being the best Spice Merchant in town.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Spice Merchant arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Spice Merchant. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends
History: Born in the south to a Tailor, Yurgunn learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
