History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Veloptima has worked very hard to control her curse. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Half-Elven artifacts is her passion.

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Elf, and stands approximately 4'8". He is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Carpenter, and his gloved hand is found clutching a flail. His hair is long and white with streaks of auburn, and is pulled back with small tan clips. His beard is auburn, braided, and well cared for. His fierce violet eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Erevan embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of goblins may trigger it at times.

History: Born to a Farmer, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carpenter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and revenge

He keeps his long red fur kept up in a rat tail. His copper eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Slave Trader arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job.

Description: He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with wide-brimmed hat. He carries with him a set of shields on his belt, each one with a emerald on the hilt. He has shaved his head bald. He is baby faced.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Elves in John's homeland. John decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He bought a shield and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: The child of a Carpenter, who enjoyed hunting, Eida was taken on many hunting expeditions. Eida was born on a far northern island where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Navigator. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Motivation: To protect her home.

Description: With blue face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His blue hair is braided into rings. His red unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Tieflings.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Astar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Astar. Being a Priest kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and seeks redemption

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He worked as a nervous Interpreter and found it very stressful. He's also a talented Sage, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
