Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. Phelaia enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born to a Baker, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Phelaia was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Phelaia decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Arnold grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature kukri.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. A freak accident while working with her Miller father left her crippled. She now owns her own business.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Uadjit was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Beggar. She tends to her Beggar job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
