Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Navigator who has hired her part-time. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Carpenter. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
Motivation: Wants a kiss; and marry her brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Navigator for hire.
Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: Dazzazn hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting dire rats, the young Dazzazn began to lead the lost caravan. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and a deep hatred of dire rats

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She plays an instrument quite well.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Herleva was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Herleva took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up bastard sword and armor she uses now. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Herleva fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

History: Gifted from a young age, Daar studied abroad. In her 10th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Daar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.
