A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Personality: Peren wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Born to a Healer, his father struggled to pay the bills. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has never given up on his singing dream.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. In her 16th year, her parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Millicent alone in the world.
