History: Mindartis lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Map Maker for the past few years.

Motivation: To unite with his sister.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. The war was a terrible time for him, and Morkral does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She moved out east to avoid the crime she committed. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and her religion dominates her actions

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born in the east. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He bought a nunchaku and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and to reunite with his old friends
