History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: She was born in the east. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. History: She was born into a rich family. She took after her mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, her mother taught her to defend herself. When her mother died while fighting orcs, the young Hecat began to lead the lost caravan. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has never given up on his writing dream.
