Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.
History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: She wants revenge against dire rats; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He very much looks the part of a Carter. His long auburn hair reaches down to his waist. His hazel eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: Born in the south to a Carter, Baern learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Carter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.
History: Great was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Layabout. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Layabout for the past few years.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. She is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. After a long history of fighting, Sariel and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes drow are coming to abduct people. She uses divination through singing.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Junk Dealer arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. At a young age her father died while driving off some drow. Her mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in sword use. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. In her 17th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His hair is chestnut and curly. His eyes are likewise green. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Through the years after Anverth was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Anverth's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to end his boredom
