Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Howard embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He works hard and plays hard.

History: The child of a Seamstress, who enjoyed hunting, Howard was taken on many hunting expeditions. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Quillathe was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Ghesh alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Ghesh was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.
