History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She found a children's book about a Elf Wizard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. During her travels, Valanthe and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Valanthe discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Valanthe fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.

He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Now he works as a singing tutor during his time off.
