History: Born in the north to a Glassblower, Jarana learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Glassblower work with an outfit from a few towns over. Glassblower work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has worked as a Glassblower like her father before her.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Jak was born the youngest of three triplets. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Personality: Akta hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her dancing career. Akta is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Akta was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.
