History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Erky grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Erky. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
