Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she wears well tailored gowns and hats with beautiful decoration. She is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. She wears her hair in dreadlocks. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.
Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Jarana liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.
History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Joan and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She found a children's book about a Elf Druid who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Sapply was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 6 years.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and a rival would like him out of the picture

History: Born in the south to a Engraver, Hunter learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He dresses like a well dressed Map Maker does. Sporting a chestnut mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His gray eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: Ralf was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Map Maker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
