Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.
History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.
History: Gifted from a young age, Spear studied abroad. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.
History: Nirgel lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: This man stands a little under 3'2" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears red trousers with black and grey striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. His hair is red and curly. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Curran embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He works hard and plays hard.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the south were limited. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: He is greedy; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Through the years after Qualen was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Qualen's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Qualen fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

His red fur has been sun bleached extensively. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his yellow eyes.
Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Two Llamas fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: Thiala was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
