Description: A middle-aged man, he sports white clothing, slightly heavier than average wear, and is pretty ugly. His hair is golden and curly. His violet eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: This man is very fat, and wears an entirely white suit with black socks and a vest with buckled shoes. He has shaved his head bald. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is afraid of women and trembles around them
History: Ar-Baruk lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Carpenter they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Shepherd, and he later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and wants to raise his children well

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.
History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. Some 9 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Tana never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and to share knowledge with the world

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: She got into the Bricklayer business at a young age. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Bricklayer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bricklayer work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and nothing but the best is good enough for her

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the south were limited. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Dabbledob was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He is harsh and unforgiving.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Hamil liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Elf in existence. She is afraid of women and trembles around them
History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While she appears to be a normal Half-Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: She exudes charisma. She is a tour de force of persuasion. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Phelaia hails from a village terrorized by illithids. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero.
