History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Dariff has worked very hard to control her curse. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Born in the west to a Carpenter, Pog learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She now mingles about in high society.

History: Born to a Mayor, her mother struggled to pay the bills. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She tends to her Priest job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Armorer but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and wants to work out more often

Description: This woman stands a little under 3'6" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over her head. Her hair is black and very short. Her eyes are amber and catlike.

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. Her job bores her to no end. She has decided to make it more interesting.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Being a Laborer kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Unemployed they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Shoemaker, and he later adopted a second son.
