History: She was born at the edge of vast desert. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Shoemaker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Shoemaker work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 14 years.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Heather grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Heather. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: This woman loves poetry and to teach people poetry more than just about anything. Dell enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was raised in a mountains tribe. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Dell was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She bought a morningstar and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
