Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'3" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with violet colored cloaks and clothing. His brown hair and beard is wavy and long. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of goblins may trigger it at times.

History: He was born in the west. His childhood dream was to be a Detective, but he was a colossal failure. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and many goblins want him driven away

Description: She is in excellent shape and wears tan robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a warhammer, but if one is not available she will default to her shortbow. Her black hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a butterfly scrunchie. Her violet eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She is a Cartwright first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. Orthog is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Orthog lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has achieved small success as a Carter.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and regain custody of his son

She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 4'8" when asserting herself. Her long brown fur is drawn into a two foot long braid. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She is a Mercenary first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: She was born into a rich family. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Expand her business; and a rival would like her out of the picture

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and she wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tiefling in existence. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Cimer lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
