History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. After coming to the age of reason, Rathkran took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
