After a long history of fighting, Hatae and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Tailor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her arcane abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees.
