History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Nicholas grew up listening to his father's many stories. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Nicholas grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Nicholas. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

History: He was born in the north. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

History: Tharivol hails from a village terrorized by drow. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: She thrives on attention. She does whatever is in her power to gain the attention of whomever she deems a fit date. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her father.

History: Born in the south to a Performer, Avice learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Her childhood dream was to be a Miner, but she was a colossal failure. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Performer for hire.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and to reunite with her old friends

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. She has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. She has never given up on her singing dream.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day.

History: Kugáluga lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He now owns his own business.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.

History: Emerald was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. Kâka liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
