History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Beatrice fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: The child of a Stableman, who enjoyed hunting, Ahlyssa was taken on many hunting expeditions. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Ahlyssa took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up shield and armor she uses now. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: To unite with her brother; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has worked as a Adventurer like her father before her.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Her childhood dream was to be a Tanner, but she was a colossal failure. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Tanner they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Map Maker, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Description: This man is very fat, and wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He has shaved his head bald. His amber eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Arnold is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Arnold's homeland. Arnold decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Map Maker business.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Map Maker arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Arumawann was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Arumawann was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Arumawann decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
