History: She was born in the north. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the north were limited. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Through the years after Valida was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Valida's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Valida fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Mantus was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Kabbarg grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Kabbarg. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: She was born into a rich family. Her parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when she was still a young child. The gnolls captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing.
