History: He was born on a small isolated farm. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Bernard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He bought a rapier and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She has dedicated herself to building a better trade route.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature longsword.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He was born into a rich family. While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and to unite with his brother

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Kilvar was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Through the years after Kilvar was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Kilvar's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

His mother taught him the rudiments of the Healer arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Now he works as a poetry tutor during his time off.
