He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Simon was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: Patrick was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Ranger, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Ranger in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Patrick grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Maiathah fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
