Description: A woman of a pale complexion, she prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for her hunting needs. Her white hair is knotted and matted. Her eyes are likewise green. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. The war was a terrible time for her, and Nurkara does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.
History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.
History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Merchant. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Born to a Stableman, his father struggled to pay the bills. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Merchant for the past few years.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and expand his business

Description: He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep grey leather and dull blue iron scale mail. He has dyed his greying chestnut hair a little too much giving a sharp chestnut color. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. Tordek is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: He got into the Soapmaker business at a young age. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.
History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. Her parents were killed by illithids in a raid when she was still a young child. The illithids captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: She wants revenge against illithids; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Sage work with an outfit from a few towns over. Sage work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and expand her business

A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: She was born on a small isolated farm. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing writing.
History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Seven was born on a far southern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Roofer. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
