History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. The war was a terrible time for her, and Puyet does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: The child of a Cook, who enjoyed hunting, Puyet was taken on many hunting expeditions. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Puyet was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Bharash grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Bharash. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bharash fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
