History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: The child of a Fisher, who enjoyed hunting, Baern was taken on many hunting expeditions. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Baern fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
