Charles grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Charles. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Euphemia took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up morningstar and armor she uses now. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Nykkan was born the youngest of three triplets. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
