History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Through the years after Howard was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Howard's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Bharash was born the youngest of three triplets. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has never given up on his painting dream.
