Description: An older man who wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with pastel colored cloaks and clothing, he is not a threatening figure. He keeps his red fur in a pixie cut. He has several tiny aquamarine earrings on each ear.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Fragrant was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears bulky tan painted plate armor. His hair is silver, silky, and of moderate length. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.
History: Gifted from a young age, Alvyn studied abroad. His parents enrolled him in a Adept school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. Being a Shoemaker kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

Description: This woman wears a tan tunic with green highlights, and long brown pants that bunch up around her shoes. She has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized ruby on her right hand. She wears her red hair up in a very large beehive style do. She has a dull look in her blue eyes.
Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing dancing.
History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Tabaxi activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tabaxi doctor. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.
History: Jezebeth was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and wants to work out more often

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 4'2" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with Stetson hat. Her silver hair is singed and shortened. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: Whurdred was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Cartwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and her religion dominates her actions

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Five grew up listening to her father's many stories. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She struck the Ruler job and began her own company from there.

Description: He stands about 5'8" and wears an entirely brown suit with green socks and a vest with buckled shoes. His left leg appears badly burned and disfigured. He has done his best to style his orange fur to look like a famous performer. He has a dull look in his amber eyes.
Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: He is greedy; and he feels kind of lost in life

Description: This man stands a little under 6'9" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright white and tan, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His auburn hair is greasy and uncared for. His violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His parents were killed by brigands in a raid when he was still a young child. The brigands captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: This man loves poetry and to teach people poetry more than just about anything. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Barkeep arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He now mingles about in high society.
