History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Pikar grew up listening to his father's many stories. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Through the years after Kali was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Kali's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Being a Unemployed kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He's also a talented Blacksmith, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Ploughman. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
