Because her father participated in the massacre of their homeland, brigands burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her mother from journeying north to reunite her family. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

History: Born in the east to a Ploughman, Finellen learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Her first spouse was a Map Maker, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She's also a talented Map Maker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
