Description: He is scrawny and has patchy bronze crest. He wears dull green sweaters, loose red pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed mace, just in case. He has a hunchback. He sports a flattop crest cut. His gold eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.
History: Born to a Architect, her mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Navigator hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She came across an abandoned tomb where she found a relic that called out to her. After picking it up she was cursed by lycanthropy.
Motivation: To unite with her brother; and to reunite with her old friends

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She moved out east to avoid the crime she committed. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and she has decided she is irredeemable

Personality: She considers herself the perfect lady. She makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Stableman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Sorath fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her.

Description: She dresses in tan turtlenecks beneath a violet coat with brown slacks. She is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly greatswords and bows. Her silver hair is well kept. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep brown.
Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. She is an amazing painter.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Actor arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when she was still a young child. The gnolls captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. After months of barely getting by, Pyntle managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.
Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it
