Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. He worked as a nervous Courier and found it very stressful. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Merchant but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Anthony lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Performer they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Merchant, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Merchant and was forced into it by his family.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. She found a children's book about a Gnome Rogue who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 49. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Engraver kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. Her first spouse was a Jeweler, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.

Description: This western woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. Her blonde hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Hlin was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Seddit was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. While she appears to be a normal Tiefling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
