History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Rathkran was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Rathkran decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
