Description: This malnourished woman does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it. Her hair, while still mostly brown, has prominent grey streaks. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: Born in the north to a Sellsword, Armara learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She's also a talented Painter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Description: She wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. She has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to her abundance of muscles. Her chestnut hair is heavily combed to the right. She has gleaming, smiling violet eyes.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Nedda embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.
History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the east. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Nedda's homeland. Nedda decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
Motivation: To unite with her sister; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her blonde hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.
History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Mason hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Olivia fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and a deep hatred of gnolls

History: Born to a Engraver, her mother struggled to pay the bills. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She bought a whip and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
