Description: This southern man is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. His clothes are grease stained in places. His yellow fur is singed and shortened. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tabaxi in existence. A true patriot, Fragrant would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Fragrant was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Navigator hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of drow may trigger it at times.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She uses divination through singing.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: To end her boredom.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with poetry. She constantly tries to fill her life with poetry. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered poetry. Recently the stress of being a Stableman has made it difficult for her to sleep.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Stableman responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the north were limited. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To clean up the streets.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Kellen was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. After a long history of fighting, Kellen and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Heward was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Personality: Valida speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She takes great joy in being the best Servant in town.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Being a Servant kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Ida abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has never given up on her painting dream.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Halfling people; and to reunite with her old friends
